Control the ball in tennis comes from aggression and commitment

One of the key areas that many developing players make is trying to
guide the ball into the court. In actual fact you have much less
accuracy with this approach. Instead use the laws of physics – using
more wind resistance on one side of the ball than the other combined
with speed to make the ball drop into the court. The more speed and
spin the faster it drops. Experienced players know control comes from
spin – which comes from racket head speed. Try it :)
